How do I use my credit? That is also really simple. Our system will automatically deduct the credit from your next rent amount due, your reminder notice sent by text or email will have the reduced amount due on it! If you are set up on our autopay program, it will automatically reduce your payment by the amount of your credit! If you manually login to make your payment or send a check, just pay the reduced amount due!
